Register Now for the 2025 Engineering Conference!

June 8 - 11 |  Naples Grande Beach Resort

This Conference is an opportunity to strengthen the industry while building relationships with colleagues from other CEMA member companies. (Click HERE to see who else is attending - updated as of June 8.) Join us to be a part of developing and updating key CEMA engineering documents and standards, including working on:

  • the upcoming 8th Edition of “Belt Conveyors for Bulk Materials” (AKA The Belt Book),
  • a new edition of the Bucket Elevator Book, and
  • review of eight ANSI/CEMA Standards, including
    • No. 550 “Classification and Definitions of Bulk Materials,” and
    • the entire 400 series on Unit Handling Conveyors.

The Sunday morning Golf Tournament is back!  This year, golfers will play at the Tiburón Golf Club; click HERE to learn more.  (You'll also be offered the chance to sign up for Golf after you register for the Conference.  The Conference discount on room rates is available from Saturday, June 7 through check-out on Thursday, June 12.)

NOTE:  The Conference Rate Registration Period has ended, but as of this writing the hotel has rooms available.   Please contact the hotel directly at 844-489-9663 regarding availability options.

The CEMA Engineering Conference Rate at the Naples Grande Resort & Spa is $254 for single or double occupancy in standard King and Double Queen rooms; other room types are available for an additional cost.  The Conference discount on room rates is available from Saturday, June 7 through check-out on Thursday, June 12.

The group room rate cut-off date is Wednesday, May 21, 2025, based on availability. CEMA recommends making room reservations as early as possible.

The resort fee has been reduced to $10 per room per night plus tax (from $40) and includes:

Toll-free and local calls plus high-speed WIFI in the guestroom; two bottles of water in the room; bicycle, 1-hour beach kayak or paddleboard rentals; beach towels and luxury chaise lounges; range balls and use of driving range at Naples Grande Golf Club (which is off-site); 24-hour access to the fitness club and weekly fitness classes; newspaper in the lobby; discount on tennis court fees and weekly resort activities.

Discounts are offered for the second (and all subsequent) registrations from the same CEMA Member company ($50 off).  Click the link above for all the details and to register.

Registrations may be transferred to another attendee at any time.  Cancellations will be refunded if received in writing to Karen@CEMAnet.org on or before May 30.
