CEMA’s Annual Meeting is a unique, member-only gathering -- no vendors or consultants -- featuring the always insightful Keynote Speaker Alex Chausovsky, the return of Jon Lakefish to share the newest AI news, and CEMA’s Annual 5K Fun Run|Walk and Golf Tournament.  Check out the session line-up here.

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club

Just 30 miles southeast of Jacksonville International Airport, the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and The Lodge & Club Ponte Vedra Beach bookend a stunning stretch of beach on Florida’s northeast coast in the picturesque seaside setting of Ponte Vedra Beach.

CEMA Hotel Rate:

  • $359 for Oceanside Room (buildings near the beach, but limited or no water view) or 
  • $339 for Island View (buildings off the beach, overlooking inland lagoons)
  • Note:  CEMA rate available 3 days before and after the Annual Meeting, based on hotel availability.

All rooms plus 11.5% tax and $20 per night Resort Fee
