Belt Concepts of America Introduces Quiet Low-Noise Conveyor Belting

We are proud to announce the launch of an expanded line of low-noise conveyor belts made on a needled felt polyester base. These belts are specifically engineered to reduce noise in high-speed applications, enhancing safety and comfort in work environments like parcel and distribution centers. They adhere to industry standards for static dissipation (ISO 284) and fire retardancy (ASTM D378 / ISO 340).

  • Noise Reduction - Designed for noise-sensitive industries including distribution centers, parcel sorting, and luggage handling, these polymer-impregnated belts are perfect for high-speed horizontal conveyors, inclines, declines, stackers, feeders, and sorters.
  • Robust Construction - Featuring a needled polyester carcass with balanced S & Z twists in the scrim reinforcement, these belts offer superior tracking, flexibility, and fastener.
  • Edge Strength & Durability - With excellent edge integrity and dimensional stability, these belts resist elongation, making belt joining straightforward and effective.
  • Resistance to Impact & Cuts - The non-woven, needled construction provides a surface that is durable against impacts and cuts while also preventing fraying and ply separation, two issues seen with traditional plied conveyor belting constructions.
  • Customization Options - Available with different types including smooth, basket weave, longitudinal groove, along with various friction coefficients to meet the specific needs of diverse applications.
