$675 for guests age 12 and up
Registration may be cancelled on or before May 15 for full refund minus $100 processing fee. Registrations may be transferred to another individual at any time.

AS OF 5/7, THE HOTEL IS NO LONGER OBLIGATED TO HONOR THE CONFERENCE RATE; THEY MAY STILL HAVE ROOMS AVAILABLE; PLEASE CALL THEM AT 239-598-5110 TO VERIFY BEFORE REGISTERING. If necessary, the Inn at Pelican Bay is less than 2 miles away and may be an alternative.
The CEMA Engineering Conference Rate at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort is $259 for single or double occupancy in standard King and Double Queen rooms; other room types are available for an additional cost.
The resort fee has been reduced to $15 per room per night plus tax (from $50).
