Lotus International Company manufactures galvanized steel conveyor rollers in Canton, Michigan, for conveyor OEMs, integrators, and distributors. Our automated production line runs 10,000+ rollers a day, with capacity for 5 million a year, in standard series or built to your print.
Two standard series cover most gravity and idler applications: the LR187 (1.875" OD, BF 10.5" to 60.5") and the LR190 (1.9" OD, BF 10" to 63"). Both come in 16 or 14 gauge, with precision ABEC-1 bearings crimp-locked in static-dissipative housings. Grooves, polyurethane sleeves, and a quiet axle option are available.
Every roller is measured at end of line before it ships, under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system with full traceability. Quotes come back within one business day, and production runs ship within two weeks.
For high-volume programs, we stock finished rollers at our 300,000 sq. ft. Canton plant and ship on your schedule. That means domestic supply with no container lead times, and stocking agreements are available.
